SNCNW is a creative and informal Swedish forum for researchers and practitioners in the areas of computer networks, cloud and edge computing, Internet-of-things, distributed systems, and their associated computing platforms and applications. All aspects concerning these areas including design, performance optimisation, reliability, security, privacy, application of AI, usability, application services, etc, are in scope of the workshop.
The objective of the workshop is to strengthen the mentioned areas in Sweden by giving an opportunity for scientists, students, practitioners and engineers to present and discuss their work. The workshop fosters contacts between industry, public sector and academia by covering research, development and experience. The workshop encourages participation by PhD students and young researchers and gives them an opportunity to practise all aspects of scientific conferences as members and chairs of the program committee.
The steering committee has decided to expand the scope of the workshop to also include all aspects of cloud and edge computing, Internet-of-things, distributed systems, and computing platforms, areas which are closely related with computer networks, and which also have been topics presented at past workshops.
The name of the workshop has therefore been updated to Swedish National Computer Networking and Cloud Computing Workshop, but the acronym SNCNW is kept!
SNCNW 2024 will be arranged in Linköping on June 11-12, 2024 with local arragements by Gurjot Singh, Postdoc, and Andrei Gurtov, Professor.
Please subscribe to the SNCNW announcement mailing list if you would like to receive the SNCNW call for papers!
